GILGIT: Secretary Tourism, Sports and Culture Gilgit-Baltistan, Sardar Asad Haroon, has congratulated Team Gilgit-Baltistan on securing a historic victory in the Shandur Polo Festival 2026, describing the achievement as a proud moment for the entire region.
Expressing his delight over the team's success, Sardar Asad Haroon said the title victory marked the end of a 12-year wait and reflected the hard work, dedication, and commitment of the players, coaches, and management.
